  • Appointed as Plaintiffs’ Representative by the New Mexico Supreme Court to review and revise the New Mexico Medical Review Commission.
  • Provides testimony to the New Mexico legislature, from the patient’s perspective, regarding the effects of proposed changes to the Medical Malpractice Act.
  • Has taken over 3,000 adverse depositions in 32 years, including physicians of virtually every known specialty, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse anesthetists, nurses, hospital administrators, and all of their experts.
  • Enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and dogs.  Enjoys travel, food, wine, keeping up with medicine, and his job!
